Yes. Your records stay with your unit, leaders enter only what they choose, and your unit owns its data, with export and deletion available any time from Settings.

Can a stake use Wardzen across all of its wards?
Yes. Connect each ward with a join code and its missionaries, ordinations and council focus roll up to the stake — though each ward subscribes on its own plan.
How much does Wardzen cost?
$45 per month or $450 per year, plus applicable tax, per unit, with a 30-day free trial and no card required. Every ward and stake pays for itself.
Can we get a refund?
Yes. Any charge is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it — see the refund policy. If your ward or stake reimbursed you for that charge, return the reimbursement to your unit.
Does my ward need its stake to be on Wardzen?
No. A ward runs on Wardzen on its own. Linking to your stake is optional, and when you want it, it takes one code.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes. Every unit gets 30 days free, with no card required — and the trial is the full product, with nothing held back.
What happens when I'm released?
Wardzen is for leaders only, and access follows the calling: when you're released, your unit removes your access, and the presidency that follows inherits everything you kept.
