Is our unit's data safe and private?
Yes. Your records stay with your unit, leaders enter only what they choose, and your unit owns its data, with export and deletion available any time from Settings.
Who is Wardzen for?
Ward and stake leaders — bishoprics, stake presidencies, clerks, executive secretaries, and auxiliary presidencies.
Can a stake use Wardzen across its wards?
Yes. Linking your wards is part of Stake Plus. Connect each ward with a join code, and the stake sees its wards' missionaries, keys and ordinations together and brings stake business to their pulpits. Every linked ward gets Ward Plus. A free stake can list its wards by name and run its own work for each, like the high council speaking schedule.
How much does Wardzen cost?
Wardzen is free for every ward and stake. Ward Plus is $120 a year (about $10 a month) and adds the Area Book and Documents, with more features on the way at no change in price. Stake Plus is $600 a year (about $50 a month) and includes Ward Plus for every ward you link. Prices are plus applicable tax. You pay once a year.
Can we get a refund?
Yes. Any charge is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it — see the refund policy. If your ward or stake reimbursed you for that charge, return the reimbursement to your unit.
Does my ward need its stake to be on Wardzen?
No. A ward runs on Wardzen on its own. Linking to your stake is optional, and when you want it, it takes one code.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes. Every new ward gets 30 days of Ward Plus, and every new stake gets 30 days of Stake Plus, with no card required. When the trial ends, your unit moves to Free unless you buy a plan.
What if we stop paying?
When a paid year ends, your plan keeps working for 30 more days, and then your unit goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted. Callings, ordinations, the pulpit and the rest of the free features keep working. What belongs to Ward Plus or Stake Plus is kept and hidden, and it all comes back when you buy a plan again. If a stake's plan ends, its linked wards keep Ward Plus for the same 30 days and can buy Ward Plus on their own.
Can our stake get an invoice?
Yes. Get in touch and we'll send an invoice for your stake's year.
Is Wardzen tax-exempt?
Prices are plus applicable tax, which Paddle, our payment provider, adds at checkout. If your unit may qualify for an exemption, you can ask Paddle to review it. Whether one applies is Paddle's decision, and we don't promise it.
What happens when I'm released?
Wardzen is for leaders only, and access follows the calling: when you're released, your unit removes your access, and the presidency that follows inherits everything you kept.
